2. A gemstone can be treated, modified, and recut, to enhance its color and clarity ay any time later. Therefore. The conclusions of this report reflect the findings at the time its issue.

3. Tests which are not applicable/useful in the identification are not performed.

4.This certificate is not for valuations purpose or pertains to the quality of the stone or its cutting, it is only an identification report. This identification report is not a guarantee, valuation or appraisal.

5. This report is provided upon the request of the client and / or the owner of the gems and also by agreeing to the terms and conditions of GIGC. Delhi Related to the certification. By making this report GIGC, Delhi does not agree to purchase or replace the gem. Neither the client nor any purchaser of the gem shall regard this report as a document of valuation nor as a guarantee or warranty of any kind.

6. It may noted that opinions may reasonably vary as to the characteristics covered in this report and therefore, neither GIGC, Delhi nor any other member of its staff shall, at any time , be held responsible for any discrepancy which may result from the application of other testing methods.

7. Gemologist ‘s assessment may vary reasonably , from other laboratories depending on the tests performed. Hence , GIGC , Delhi or any of its members/staff can’t be held responsible for the same.

8. GIGC, Delhi will not be responsible for the use of this certificate with any other similar specimen.

9 . Any dispute arising out of this report falls within the jurisdiction of the law court of Delhi only.

10. This contains the characteristics of the gem/jeweler described here in after it has been graded, tested examined and analyzing by GIGC carefully with specialized instrument under 10x magnification, Including fully corrected triplet loupe and binocular microscope, color master stone , comparison, Electronic carat balance @ ancillary instruments as necessary .
